The sun sits just above a row of trees at the far edge of an asphalt parking lot, with parked cars and a red pickup truck along the left side. A building with a wide dark canopy stands in the left foreground, and power lines on a wooden utility pole cross the lot behind it. Richland Township, which contains this location, was incorporated in 1734.
